  • All bookings are subject to confirmation in writing (via email or signed contract).

  • A deposit may be required to secure your date.

  • Full payment terms, usage rights, and cancellation policies are detailed in your individual agreement.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid within 14 days.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made by the client less than [X days] before the shoot may incur a fee.

  • In the rare event I must cancel, any deposits will be refunded, and I will assist in recommending alternative photographers.

 

7. Liability

  • While I take great care in delivering professional results, I am not liable for circumstances beyond my control (e.g., venue restrictions, weather, equipment failure, or third-party disruptions).

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography services.

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • I respect your privacy. Any personal information submitted via mbraun.me (e.g., contact form) is used solely for communication and service purposes.
